About this project
BrightHire Partners needed a website that could present live jobs to candidates and bring in new employers, plus a cleaner way to manage applicants. AssembleSofts delivered both.
The challenge
Jobs were posted by hand, applications arrived by email and there was no single view of candidates.
Our solution
We built a WordPress job board with filters and application forms, connected it to an applicant tracking workflow and set up a screening process with clear candidate notes.
The result
The agency now shortlists candidates in half the time and receives more applications and employer enquiries.
